Terms of Service

Last updated: February 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using API Funnel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. API Funnel is a visual API aggregation and transformation platform that allows you to build, combine, and deploy APIs.

2. Service Description

API Funnel provides:

  • Visual canvas for designing API endpoints
  • Data transformation and aggregation tools
  • AI-assisted API building features
  • Real-time collaboration capabilities
  • API publishing and deployment

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use API Funnel for personal or commercial purposes within your subscription limits. This license does not include:

  • Reselling or sublicensing the service
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Abusing the AI assistant with excessive or malicious requests

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All API endpoints you create are private to your account by default. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Usage Limits

Your subscription tier determines your usage limits including the number of endpoints, canvases, and API calls. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions until you upgrade your plan.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Add-on purchases for additional endpoints are one-time payments. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Failed Payment Grace Period

If a subscription payment fails, the following policies apply:

  • Dashboard Access: Access to the API Funnel dashboard and canvas editor will be suspended immediately until payment is resolved.
  • API Endpoint Grace Period: Your published API endpoints will continue to function until the end of your current billing period. This grace period is provided to prevent disruption to downstream applications that depend on your endpoints and to give you time to resolve any payment issues.
  • Second Failed Payment: If payment remains unresolved by the next billing cycle and a second payment attempt fails, all API endpoints will be suspended.

We strongly recommend keeping your payment information up to date and resolving any payment issues promptly to avoid service interruption. You will receive email notifications when a payment fails and when your grace period is about to expire.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
